Design For Business – Design That Works Much Harder For You

When not working as a marketing and PR consultant, many clients know me as a creative  graphic designer who is always capable of devising exciting new ideas and developing practical and cost effective design solutions. Clients like the way I think.

I started my marketing career over 25 years ago as an SIAD qualified Graphic Designer working in many of the top London agencies for major advertising clients. Over the years I have won many design pitches against leading designers and design agencies. I have won awards and nominations for my design.

My marketing, sales, and PR experience enables me to integrate these key skills into the design and copywriting, images and layout, to create a very strategically worked layout that works harder and really communicates, engages, activates a desired response, meets the ’3-second rule’ (see below) and more.

My in-depth understanding of graphic design for marketing enabled me to devise my own ‘T’Brochure’ product for clients, that is much more cost efficient and effective as a sales and corporate document. When I present my T’Brochure design to clients, they usually use it.

I have a special apptitude for business graphics and branding where I have in-depth experience in business marketing and public relations.

The 3-Second Design Rule

I believe I was the first graphic designer to identify, understand, develop and integrate the ’3-second rule’ into my design to ensure the design immediately connects, communicates a desired effect, portrays the right first impression, and engages with the recipient and target audience in a style, language, format and design that is exactly correct for purpose.
